Day 5 – June 11th

My energy level is a little low this morning.   My guess is that I will be up and down for this first week until my body adapts.

Breakfast

Started the morning with a frozen blueberry, blackberry and raspberry shake and my supplements – Encourage, Clear 1, Clear 2, Balance, Ease and Relief.

Lunch

I made grilled chicken breast for lunch to eat with my left over fava beans and steamed broccoli.   I simply seasoned the chicken breast with “Dizzy Pig” (good seasoning :) ) and grilled it in olive oil.

I also took one of each of the required supplements - Clear 2, Balance, Ease and Relief.

Snack

For today’s snack I had an apple, pineapple and cherries.   Mmmm, fresh cherries are so good!

Dinner

For my dinner shake I had a blueberry and blackberry shake.

I also took one of each of these supplements - Clear 2, Balance, Ease and Relief.

End of Day comment

Everything went fairly smoothly today.   Like I said earlier, a little up and down with the energy but no major fluctuations.  I expect with each day there are going to be ups and downs, so I will continue not to worry about the changes and let them go.
